Xander grew up exploring the woods and fields of Monroe County, where he developed an early fascination with housing and community development while watching his father, Bruce, help build thousands of homes across the region. That early exposure sparked a lifelong interest in real estate and how thoughtful development shapes the way people live.

A graduate of Colgate University, Xander is known for his consistency, creative problem solving, and ability to identify opportunities across multiple sectors of the real estate market.
