A 23 year military veteran, Tom brings a disciplined, process driven approach to operations, shaped by years of managing complex environments across Europe, Asia, and the United States. His ability to create structure, solve problems quickly, and lead with consistency is a core part of what keeps the Redstone Run team operating at a high level.
