Autumn Nikole Cain is a lifelong resident of the Pocono Mountains who has always appreciated the area’s natural beauty and close-knit community. Growing up here gave her a true understanding of what makes the region such a wonderful place to live, whether full-time or as a retreat. With a career centered around the short term rental market in the Poconos she loves helping her clients get into investment properties. 

Before becoming a real estate agent, Autumn worked for years in short-term rental management and the hospitality field in the Poconos. She ran a thriving short term rental management company and helped set up top performing rentals in the local market. That experience taught her the ins and outs of the local market and what draws people to the region, from families searching for a first home to investors looking for vacation properties. She knows firsthand how to highlight the strengths of a home and help clients see its full potential.

Autumn holds a degree in writing and also studied pre-law, which gave her a strong background in communication, careful attention to detail, and the ability to negotiate effectively. These skills carry over directly into her work in real estate, where clear communication and strong contracts are key.

When she isn’t working with clients, Autumn enjoys time at the dog agility gym with her pup, reading a new book, or painting. She values balance, creativity, and being part of her community.
